VIDEO - Driving Business Process Improvements




In this video we can see that are some skills, knowledge and abilities that we need to posses in Business Process Reengineering.  Firstly, this video touch the element the ability to listen carefully to others.  It is shown when they work together in the meeting (consultant, solution architect) to define their business problems.  secondly, they also implement of trust in order to create trusting relationships which is important in BPR.

  1. from my point of view, this video teach me about how to driving business process improvement effectively. Basically, in this video, they highlighted about Customer Success Manager (CSM) that play an important roles in the reenginering because CSM combined several important thing such accelerate adoption, streamline workflows and drive new business which we can related with what we learn in the class that every business reengineering involves time, strategic workflow or plan that aligned with organization mission, vission and strategy and lastly drive new business which is the implementation that usually done by team structure. this video is very good because at the same time it give me view on how business reengineering happens in the real world.
