A reengineering team is more than a group of people who have been pulled together and told to redesign. It is a group of people who have developed a successful way of communicating, solving, problems and working together. This video illustrates the importance of teamwork when we are working together, the strong level of teamwork should be implemented by all reengineering team members in order to ensure the redesign process become successful.
